Overview

Papaya concentrate is drawn-out from papaya grown in different parts of the Southern regions in India. The chosen variety undergoes a cycle of processes which includes washing, cutting, deseeding, de-stoning, ripening, inspecting, refining and finally the concentrate is obtained through vacuum procedure. Babuji Group produces and exports high quality papaya puree concentrate that has all the natural quality and healthy characteristics of fresh papaya fruit.

Papaya concentrate is thick, rich in flavor and contains all the essential anti-oxidants. Papaya concentrate is consumed widely as there is no addition of artificial preservatives, gums and colorings. It can be used in preparing jams, mixed fruit jams, mixed drinks, over fresh fruit salad, ice-creams, fruit bars, milk shakes, yogurts, puddings, toppings, fruit breads, cakes, tarts, muffins, pie-fillings, icings, donuts deserts and in different recipes.

Red Papaya Concentrate Specifications:
Product Description Red Papaya concentrate is extracted from selected varieties of Papaya Fruits. Fully matured and ripen fruit is transported to processing plant. Inspected, washed, screened, crushed, deseeded, and removed Impurities and foreign materials. Subsequent processing to make evaporation up to acceptable Brix level. Product is commercially sterile and filled aseptic bag as per International standard and under good manufacturing practices.

Overview - Red / Yellow Papaya

We offer Red/ Yellow Papaya Fruit Pulp of best quality made from selected variety of ripened Red / Golden-Yellow papayas. Papaya fruit has a thin greenish skin and Red/ Yellow colored flesh free of bruising and frost-damage.

Red Papaya Pulp

Red Papaya Pulp manufacturing process includes cutting, deseeding, peeling, refining and finally obtaining pulp through innovative processing equipments. Processed papaya pulp is particularly preferred for its strong medicinal properties. A detailed research and long experience has helped us to produce a natural papaya fruit pulp with the natural flavor of the fruit. Red papaya pulp can be used in nectars, fruit juice, jams, ice-creams, yoghurt, baby food, bakery products, and confectionary. Papaya Pulp contains healthy nutritional ingredients like vitamins, antioxidants enzymes and minerals.

Yellow Papaya Pulp

Yellow Papaya Pulp is manufactured from a hand picked chosen variety of papayas through a series of processes that include washing, peeling, ripening, inspecting and finally extraction of pulp through thermal processing. Papaya pulp is free from any pathogenic bacteria. Yellow papaya pulp contains nutrients that prevent the oxidation of cholesterol, occurring of heart attacks or strokes as it contain large amounts of Vitamin C and vitamin A. Yellow papaya pulp can be blended into a creamy salad dressing, sauce and in baby foods.
