Overview

Tomato Paste is produced from tomatoes of India’s largest tomato growing state, Andhra Pradesh. The ripened tomato is processed through a series of steps where they are washed, selected, crushed and blanched to deactivate the enzymes.

The foreign content from the tomato paste like skin and seed is discarded and finally it passes through concentrating machines where the water content is removed through evaporation. With innovative methods, the flavor, color and richness of the fruit is retained. This process changes tomato paste or puree to concentrate. The processed tomato paste is then packed into large aseptic containers.

The tomato paste processed under good manufacturing practices, has a good quality of consistency and fruit content thus our best quality tomato paste can be used in soups, stews, sauces, or any other dish where the tomato flavor is desired.

Product Description Tomato Paste/Concentrate is extracted from selected varieties of Tomatoes. Fully matured and ripen Tomato is transported to processing plant. Inspected, washed, screened, crushed, deseeded, and removed Impurities and foreign materials.

Overview

Premium rich quality tomato puree is manufactured from selected good quality fresh tomatoes. Garden fresh hand picked tomatoes are inspected, washed, carefully crushed and pulped. The pulp is further mechanically heated to the desired consistency.

The processed tomato puree is known for its natural taste and color. The processing is carried out with great heed to keep hold of maximum level of natural flavor & taste.

Tomato puree can be used in soups, stews, sauces, curries, chutneys, pizza sauce and pickles. Tomato puree adds a dark and a tasty tangy flavor to various dishes.

Processed tomato puree is rich in texture, low in acidity, salt and contains no added sugar. Tomato rich diet boosts the level of nutrients in body and provides skin its structure and firmness.
